What do the limits mean?
- Contacts
- People in your mailing database: subscribers, customers and people from your forms.
- Customers with access
- People who have access to your courses or community.
- Email sending
- The number of messages you can send per month (newsletters and automated messages).
- Products
- Things you sell: courses, files, community access, physical goods.
- Fee on sales
- The percentage of your sales that EnySales takes. On paid plans it is 0%. Your payment provider may charge its own fee.
- Eny agent budget
- A monthly cap on the cost of AI model requests. It is used up when you chat with Eny.
After the trial, a workspace without a chosen subscription moves to Start. Your data stays, only the limits change.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a card to get started?
No. You create an account without a card and get 14 days of the Creator plan to try. Afterwards you pick a paid plan or stay on the Start plan.
What happens if I don't choose a plan after the trial?
Your workspace moves to the Start plan. Your data stays, only the limits and the fee on sales (5%) change.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Paying yearly costs less than twelve monthly payments. Use the Monthly / Yearly switch in the pricing section to compare.
Why is there a fee on sales on the Start plan?
It replaces a subscription. When you sell, you pay 5%, and when you don't, you pay nothing. On paid plans the fee is 0%. Your payment provider may charge its own fee, which you will see when you connect payments.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, from the Creator plan. In your settings you get simple instructions on what to enter at your domain registrar.
Will my customers see EnySales?
By default there is a small “Built with EnySales” footer. On the Business plan and above you can hide it. The name, logo and colours are always yours.
Who owns my customers' data?
You do. You are the controller of your customers' data, and EnySales processes it on your instructions. Details are in the Terms and the Privacy Policy (currently available in Polish only).
Can the AI agent do something without my approval?
Small changes, like a page draft or a new contact, it does right away. Publishing, sending, deleting and price changes are always shown to you for approval.
Do you use analytics cookies?
No. Our analytics does not use cookies, and the marketing site only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for login to work.
